MyChildAtSchool [MCAS]
This is a website and mobile app that enables parents to view their child’s academic performance in real-time via a web browser. This facility allows exclusive access to the child’s Attendance, Assessment and Behaviour whenever the parent/carer wishes. As well as student performance data, the portal also provides general useful information about school such as the Academic Calendar and Announcements.

Failing payments
Further to the recent, common issue of parents being unable to make payments via MyChildAtSchool (MCAS), Bromcom last Friday (22nd September) released an updated app for Apple and Android to address the matter.
Bromcom's advice is that parents should delete the existing app from their device, then install the updated version from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android). The parent will then need their existing MCAS email and password credentials in order to log in to the app.
Dinner Money Balance Not Showing
Some parents have reported that the Dinner Money balance does not show for their child on their phone/mobile device. If this is happening to you, the solution we have found is to remove app from the phone/mobile device (uninstall) and then download again from the app store for your phone/mobile device.
